New with HANA SP7 - SAP HANA and Netweaver AS ABAP on the same server

Another great news from the HANA SP7 update.

With SP7 it is possible to make single server installations with the SAP HANA database and the Netweaver AS ABAP on the same server.

This makes all the sense, both for non-productive systems and for small virtualized productive systems.

As soon as SAP HANA virtualized on VMware for productive use is supported, this will be the perfect solution for Solution Providers!

HANA will become a normal application in the datacenter, and SP7 has brought a lot of news in that direction.
